Shared Services Excellence
September 22nd-23rd, 2011 Millennium Hongqiao Hotel Shanghai, China
Introduction
As Shared Services and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)
have expanded and matured, the opportunities and options
for businesses and organisations, and Shared Services
practitioners have also greatly increased. The big questions
for those embarking on a Shared Services or BPO
implementation are the ¡°what, how, when and where?¡±
The initial part of this interactive training session really is a
Shared Services and BPO ¡°boot camp¡±. It has been designed
to take attendees through all the key decision points and
critical success factors for any Shared Services or BPO
implementation; performing the cost V benet analysis. In
addition, this session will review and comment on current
trends in Shared Services and BPO, both globally and in China.
Having established your new Shared Service Organisation it is
important not to just sit back and congratulate yourself,
Shared Service Optimisation and Continuous Process
Improvement will ensure your organisation stays leading
edge.
To this end it has been decided to split the two day course in
to two distinct modules. Day one will cover all the decision
points involved in getting to the initial Shared Service model
and day two will take us through how we evaluate our
performance, interact with our customers and optimise our
solution.
